Terms and Conditions Merchandise Returns/Exchanges Return authorization (RA) number required. To obtain an RA number you must call within 14 days of when you received the merchandise. All returns must be new, unused accompanied by a copy of the invoice and in original packaging suitable for resale. No returns on electrical products. There is minimum of $10.00 or 20% restocking fee for returns whichever is greater and a $10.00 fee for exchanges. And a $10 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. All of our products are shipped to you from the United States of America and include warranty and U.S. import duties. All international orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS or DHL, whichever is less expensive, and we will charge accordingly after you have accepted shipping cost. Shipping cost does not include import duties if shipping internationally, check with your customs office. All backorders remain active unless canceled by customer.
